This application is open to everyone. It is intended for anyone with a mobile number and a valid ID (passport, driver's license, voter’s card and any law enforcement agent card recognized by the Congolese state), whether or not you are a customer of the bank. Simply download the application from PlayStore or AppStore to register and enjoy the features of the application.

  1. Click on “Create an account” at the bottom of the login page
  2. Accept the terms and conditions
  3. Choose your preferred language
  4. Enter your phone number
  5. Enter the confirmation code sent to you by SMS
  6. Create a username and password
  7. Select your secret questions and answer them
  8. Enter your personal information
  9. Take a selfie as your profile picture
  10. Select a type of ID and add the ID number of said identification type
  11. Take photos of the front and back of your ID card (voter's card, passport, driver's license or an official's card)
  12. Create a security PIN.

Your registration is now complete!

 

Illico simple: a default profile assigned to users before the authentication of their personal information (photo, ID, etc…).

Illico premium: a profile assigned to users after the authentication of personal information, granting them higher transaction limits. 

  1. Click on "Send money"
  2. Choose the account to debit from and enter the amount
  3. Choose the type of transfer (illico, Alias, send money or Rawbank)
  4. Enter the phone number or account number as applicable
  5. Verify the information entered and click "Next"
  6. Enter your security PIN then click "Validate"
  7. The transaction is complete; the beneficiary will receive a notification with the details of the transaction.

Note: The recipient will receive an SMS with a "Withdrawal PIN" giving him the possibility to withdraw directly at a RAWBANK ATM or branch.

illico

Send money to anyone with an illico wallet, enter their phone number or select it from your contacts.

Alias

Send money to an illicocash user using an alias instead of a phone number.

                How to create an alias

                               Go to “Profile”, click on “Manage my aliases” then click on the (+) sign to add an alias.

Envoi cash

Send money to a phone number and the beneficiary will receive a code allowing them to withdraw money from any Rawbank ATM (withdrawal PIN is valid for 24 hours).

Rawbank

Send money from an illico wallet to a Rawbank account. Enter the first 16 digits of the beneficiary’s account number.

  1. Click on “International transfer”
  2. Select the country of destination
  3. Enter the amount
  4. Select the reason for your transfer
  5. Select the type of receipt (IBAN/Bank, Wallet or Cash Withdrawal)
  6. Select a payer from the list
  7. Add or select a beneficiary
  8. Click transfer money
  9. Verify the information entered and click validate
  10. Enter your security PIN and confirm the transfer.

The beneficiary of the transaction will receive a notification.

How does the beneficiary receive the money?

The beneficiary will receive his transfer through the type of receipt chosen: directly in their bank account, electronic wallet, or in cash with a MTCN (Money Transfer Code Number) sent by SMS to the beneficiary's telephone number.

You can now receive transfers from abroad on your illicocash wallet through a notification sent to you by SMS.

For all simple users, upon receipt, you will receive a message asking you to switch to a premium profile to access your transfers.

Is there a time limit to upgrade to a profile and access transfers sent?

Yes, 4 days.

  1. Click on “Cashout”
  2. Choose the account you would like to debit and enter the amount, then click "Next”
  3. Verify the information entered and click "Next"
  4. Enter your security PIN and click "Confirm"
  5. A withdrawal PIN will be sent to you by SMS.
  1. Click on one of the buttons on the side of the ATM screen
  2. Choose "illicocash" then enter your phone number and confirm
  3. Enter your withdrawal PIN received by SMS, then validate and retrieve your money from the cash slot.

What is the validity of a cash out PIN?

The cash out PIN is valid for 2 hours.

  1. Click on "Ask money"
  2. Choose the beneficiary’s account
  3. Enter the amount
  4. Verify the information, and then click "Next"
  5. Enter your security PIN and confirm the request.

What happens next? 

The beneficiary in turn will receive a notification asking them to confirm the transaction by inserting their security PIN.

  1. Click on "Top Up"
  2. Choose the account
  3. Click on the operator's logo by swiping left to right
  4. Enter the amount
  5. Choose between “For me” or “Other beneficiary”, then click “Next”
  6. Verify the information entered and click "Next”
  7. Enter your security PIN and click “Confirm”
  8. The beneficiary will directly receive an electronic recharge.
  1. Click on "Pay TV”
  2. Select the account
  3. Select the TV service provider by swiping left to right
  4. Enter either the card number or choose a beneficiary from the list
  5. Select a package
  6. Click on “Pay”
  7. Verify the information entered and then click on “Next”
  8. Enter your security PIN and click on "Confirm".

We have four ways to load your account:

  1. Deposit at a Rawbank branch
  2. Deposit with an illicocash banking agent
  3. Load illicocash: Transfer funds from a Rawbank account to an illicocash wallet.
  4. Load Rawbank: Transfer from an illicocash wallet to a bank account.
  1. Select the approval icon on the home page
  2. Choose the type of transaction you would like to cancel
  3. Click on “Cancel”
  4. Enter your security PIN and confirm.

The app only requires an Internet connection, there are no fees for its use except for the data charges by your mobile data provider.

Account Questions

  1. On the home page click on "Forgot username or password"
  2. Click on “Forgot password”
  3. Enter your phone number and click "Next"
  4. Answer the secret questions and click "Confirm"
  5. Enter your security PIN and click "Confirm”
  6. Create a new password. Enter the new password, re-enter it a second time and click “Save".
  1. On login page, click on "Forgot username or password"
  2. Click on “Forgot username”
  3. Enter your phone number and click “Next”
  4. Enter the OTP
  5. Enter your security PIN and click "Confirm"
  6. Your username will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  1. From the home page click on “Profile”
  2. Click on "Security PIN"
  3. Click on "Reset my security PIN"
  1. Answer the secret questions and click “Confirm”
  2. Create a new security PIN. Enter the new PIN, re-enter it a second time and click "Save".
