This application is open to everyone. All you need is a phone number and a valid ID (passport, driver's license, voter card and any law enforcement agent card recognized by the Congolese state). You do not have to be a customer of the bank in order to benefit from illicocash. Simply download the app from PlayStore or AppStore, register and enjoy the functionalities of the application!

1. Download illicocash from the PlayStore or App Store
2. Click on “create an account” at the bottom of the login page
3. Accept the terms and conditions
4. Enter your phone number
5. Enter the confirmation code sent to you by SMS
6. Create a username and password
7. Enter your personal information
8. Create a security PIN

Your registration is now complete!

Simple

a default profile assigned to users before the authentication of their personal information (photo, ID, etc…).

Premium

a profile assigned to users after the authentication of personal information, granting them higher transaction limits and access to more functionalities.

There are four ways to load your account:

1. Load illico via bank: Transfer funds from a RAWBANK account to your illico
2. Load illico via card: Transfer funds from any Visa / Mastercard to your illico
3. Deposit cash at any RAWBANK branch
4. Deposit at any illico point

1. Tap the "send money" icon
2. Choose the account to be debited and enter the amount
3. Choose the sending method (illico, Alias, send money and Rawbank)
4. Enter the destination phone number or account number
5. Verify the information entered and press "Continue"
6. Enter your PIN then press "Confirm"
7. The transaction is complete; the beneficiary will receive a notification with the details of the transaction

Send money to anyone with illicocash for FREE! Enter their phone number or select it from your contacts.

Alias

Send money to an illicocash user using a pseudonym instead of a phone number.

How to create an alias?

Go on profile, click on manage my aliases then click on the (+) sign to add an alias.

Envoi cash

Send money to any phone number, the recipient will receive an SMS with a “withdrawal PIN” giving them the possibility to withdraw directly at a Rawbank ATM. The validity of the pin is 6 hours.

Where can I find the withdrawal code if the beneficiary did not receive it?

Click on the icon “approvals”, select envoi cash and find the transaction and withdrawal code.

Rawbank

Send money from your illico to a Rawbank account, just enter the beneficiary’s account number.

International transfer is only available if you already have a Premium profile. 

1. Click on the "International Transfer" icon
2. Add and save the beneficiary details or select an existing beneficiary
3. Enter the amount
4. Select the reason for your transfer
5. Click transfer money
6. Verify the information entered and click validate;
7. Enter your PIN and confirm the transaction

How does the beneficiary receive the money?

The beneficiary will receive his funds according to the type of transfer chosen: directly in a bank account, an e-wallet, or in cash with a MTCN (money transfer code number) received by SMS to the beneficiary's telephone number.

You can now receive funds from abroad on your Premium illicocash wallet, an SMS will be sent to you notifying you of the receipt of funds sent.

If you have a Simple illicocash wallet, you will need to upgrade your profile to Premium to take possession of your funds within 4 days.

1. Click on the "Load illico" icon
2. Select the option "Via Card"
3. Enter your card number and expiry date
4. Choose the amount you want to load into your wallet
5. Enter your CVV
6. Confirm the transaction

That's it! Your wallet should now be loaded with the desired amount.

2. Choose the wallet to be debited and enter the amount, then press "Cash out”
3. Check the information and press "Confirm"
4. Enter your PIN
5. Find your cashout code is on the confirmation page or in the notification center

How do I retrieve money from the ATM?

1. Find a Rawbank ATM
2. Choose "illicocash" then enter your phone number
3. Enter your withdrawal PIN and click confirm
4. Retrieve your money!

What is the validity of a cash out Pin?

The validity of a Cash out PIN is 30 minutes.

2. Enter the amount you’d like to request
3. Enter or choose the telephone number in your directory, click on “Continue”
4. Verify the information, and then click "Confirm"
5. Enter your PIN and validate the request

3. Select the TV service provider by swiping left to right
4. Enter either your subscriber number or that of a recipient
5. Select a package , and click “ Continue”
6. Verify the information entered and then click on “Confirm”

2. Choose the type of transaction you would like to cancel
3. Click cancel
4. Enter your PIN and validate.
